BROKISGLASS is made of a by product of the manufacturing operations at Janštejn Glassworks, which produces lighting technology. The material comprises shards of high-quality glass and remnants of handblown glass lighting components that would otherwise be disposed of in a landfill.

Upcycling is a process by which a waste material is transformed into a new material or product. In the case of BROKISGLASS, upcycling involves the transformation of glass shards that would otherwise be sent to a landfill into a sophisticated new material, giving rise to a product that helps improve the quality of the environment.

Packing Fee
The packing fee is 5–10% of the total order price. It includes the safe packing of ordered panels/products according to their dimension, quantity, and final destination.

What a bgCS number/order reference number is and where to find it
The bgCS number/order reference number is a unique identifier assigned to your order upon entry of the order in the system. The bgCS number is important for email and telephone communication. Knowing it will make it easier and much faster to process all incoming requests. It can be found in the subject of the Offer Confirmation email, or in the attached documents in the upper right corner. When picking up orders, the goods cannot be released from the warehouse without these numbers.
What photos we need in the event of shipping damage
In order to pursue a shipping damage claim with the carrier, we need a photo of the delivered goods on the pallet, a photo of the damage to the packaging, and a photo of the damaged goods. Each duly completed shipping damage claim form must include sufficient photo documentation, without which the claim process cannot be initiated.
If the goods are delivered by us only to Italy, for example, and are then further transported to non-EU countries, the goods must be inspected at the intermediate warehouse and proper photographs of the packaging must be taken. BROKISGLASS is not responsible for any additional transportation arranged by the client. In the event of a shipping damage claim, we will require photos of the packaging and damage to the goods from this intermediate warehouse, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
Shipping Damage Claims
1. If the packaging is visibly damaged and you believe that the goods inside are also damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment.
2. If the packaging is obviously damaged, but the condition of the goods is not recognizable from the outside, or if the goods are clearly broken, you can accept the shipment, but you must describe the damage in a note on the delivery receipt.
3. If the packaging is in good condition, you are still entitled to submit a claim even in the event of damage discovered after the driver has departed. In such cases, you must inform us no later than five (5) days after delivery of the shipment; otherwise, due to the agreed conditions, we cannot pursue a claim with the carrier. Claims submitted after this five-day period will not be considered.
Please carefully read the BROKISGLASS Terms & Conditions, which can be downloaded at www.brokisglass.cz.
Product Defect Claims
To initiate the product defect claim process, you must contact us immediately at info@brokisglass.cz and provide all relevant details. Prior to contacting us, please review the unique characteristics of the material as specified by BROKISGLASS. These unique characteristics are not defects; they are inherent to the material and therefore may not serve as the basis for any product defect claim.
Payment Terms
Because BG is manufactured on a custom-order basis only, we require advance payment no later than five (5) days after you receive the order confirmation and proforma invoice.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the specific parameters, complexity, and size of a given order. The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks. The preliminary EXD date (ex-factory date/order completion date), i.e. either dispatch or its readiness for pickup in the case of FCA Incoterms, is known at the time of order confirmation and is shown in the upper corner of the order confirmation. Our aim is to meet the needs of our customers, so if you need faster processing of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
